FCI announced that it was selected as a prime contractor on the U.S. Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) effort. The company was one of 39 small business selected for an award, along with an additional 16 large businesses.
The 10-year, multiple award professional services contract will provide support services related to Command and Control Systems, Computers, and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR). The overall RS3 contract has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period, five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period. Specific areas of support under RS3 include Engineering, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; and education and training.
