FCI is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Chioda as Chief Growth Officer to lead the company’s business development, capture, and marketing efforts.

He also has a demonstrated track record of running highly successful business development and capture organizations that will help take FCI to the next level.”
Mr. Chioda has more than 25 years of experience in the defense and government services industry, most recently serving as Client Executive Vice President for AT&T Corporation’s Global Public Sector where he oversaw a portfolio of classified programs and led business development efforts within the intelligence community. He has also had business development, Strategic Planning and P&L responsibilities at BAE Systems, DynCorp International and Northrop Grumman. Mr. Chioda began his career as a Signals Intelligence Analyst with the United States Air Force.

Mr. Chioda is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a trained Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a Master of Science in Management/Project Management, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science. He has been an active member in the Professional Services Council (PSC), Executive Mosaic/Potomac Officers Club, AFCEA and INSA.
